Technology, Delivery & M&A Assurance

Independent reviews before major decisions become expensive mistakes. Evidence based, senior reviewed, and structurally independent: if we built it, we do not assure it.

Practice overview

Not sure which engagement fits?

Thirty minutes with a senior adviser. We will help you name the real problem and the right next step, even if that step is not us. A senior adviser replies within one UK business day.

Questions buyers ask about our services

Are the prices really fixed?

Yes. Assessment and implementation engagements are fixed fees confirmed in writing before work begins. Retained services are fixed monthly fees, most with no lock-in. Where a range is shown, the fee depends on the size and complexity of your estate, and we confirm the exact figure before you commit.

Why publish prices when no other consultancy does?

Because hiding the price moves the risk to you. Published fees let you budget before you enquire, compare us honestly, and hold us to what we said. It also filters out work we would be wrong for, which protects both sides.

Who does the work?

Senior advisers only. The person on the strategy call is the person who leads the engagement. We do not sell a partner and send juniors.

How quickly can an engagement start?

QuickScans and assessments typically start within ten working days of agreeing scope. Certification work such as Cyber Essentials can move faster. Retained services start at the next calendar month or sooner by agreement.

Do you work outside the UK?

Yes. We are a UK firm and most engagements are UK based, but retained and assessment work runs across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, delivered remotely with on-site time where it earns its place.
