Track record

Client work

A record of Intelance engagements across enterprise architecture, cyber and ISO, certification and technology delivery, for organisations from global manufacturers to UK charities. Each case study answers the same three questions: what the client needed, what we did and what changed.

How these are written

Three rules, every case study

Most consultancy case studies are marketing with a client name attached. Ours are held to three rules, because assurance is our trade.

01

The same three questions

What the client needed, what we did and what changed. Every case study answers those three and stops.

02

Described, not named

Where an NDA applies, the client is described precisely but not named. Organisations we can name are on the About page, next to the registers that prove who we are.

03

No invented numbers

If a figure cannot be evidenced, it does not appear. You will not find a percentage here that was written for marketing.

Want the detail behind any of these?

Book a strategy call and we will walk through the engagement: the approach, what went wrong as well as right, and what the same work would look like in your organisation, in as much depth as the NDA allows.

Questions people ask about our case studies

Yes. Every case study on this page describes a real Intelance engagement, written plainly: what the client needed, what we did and what changed. Nothing is composited, nothing is borrowed and no figure is invented.

Much of this work sits under non disclosure agreements, which is normal for security and assurance engagements. Where an NDA applies the client is described precisely but not named. Organisations we can name appear on the About page, and our certifications and registrations are listed on the public registers.

Healthcare and medical products, engineering and manufacturing, energy, housing, further education, financial services, professional services, software, charities, recruitment, facilities services and an international trading group. Most engagements are UK based, with work delivered across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Every engagement ran under the direction of Emmanuel Olatunji, the founder of Intelance, with named specialists joining where the work needed them. Intelance is a senior only firm: the person who scopes an engagement delivers it.

Yes. Intelance holds Cyber Essentials Plus and IASME Cyber Assurance Level 2 (audited) with Quality Principles, is an IASME licensed certification body and a TOGAF Licensed Organisation, and is registered at Companies House and with the ICO. All of these are listed on the About page, with links to the public registers. On a call, we will go into any case study in as much depth as the NDA allows.
